When you sign up for a dial up any of out plans you will receive the following:

	The settings to setup your computer with our internet settings
	One of the following amended account plans. There are six different types of accounts that are available when you pick one of our plans. The following tables show the costs.

We have six different types of accounts plans to choose from. These six plans have been tailored to best suit our users needs, and costs to suit their budgets.

Please note that one months rental and the setup costs be paid in advance before your accounts will be setup. Please also note that all monthly account fees must be paid in advance as well and all time billed at the end of the month must be paid within seven days of bills arrival.

The six plans are: Casual, Minimal, Common, Middle, High, & Flaterate

The Casual account is tailored for those whose primary use will be Email, thus particularly suiting those who want to keep in touch with family members overseas. For the price less than the price of one phone call you can send hundreds of letters to your relatives.

The Minimal account is tailored for those who wish to use the Internet infrequently , using some of the Internet services, but doing little in the way of file transfers of data. It is aimed towards those who just want to look around.

The Common account is tailored for those who wish to use the Internet frequently (perhaps every day), using most of the Internet services, but doing little in the way of file transfers of data. It is aimed towards those who want to do a bit more than just look around.

The Middle account is tailored for those who wish to use the Internet frequently (perhaps every day), using most of the Internet services, however they do download a bit of data. It is aimed towards those who want to do a lot more than just look around.

The High account is tailored for the serious user who goes on the internet frequently (perhaps every day), uses most of the services available on the net, and also downloads a large amount of data.

The Flatrate account is tailored to the serious user who goes on the internet frequently (perhaps every day), uses most of the services available on the net, and also downloads a large amount of data. Also play a lot of online games and do not wish to worry about the amount of time they are on the net.

Real Help in your own home

For just $30 +GST we will come to your home or business, for ½ hour maximum, and setup your internet & email We will also get you starting on the internet and emailing by doing a quick lesson on how to use the internet. (Currently limited to the Napier and Hastings area only)

Advertised prices for time apply after any contracted hours have been exhausted.
