Residential & Business Bitstream are our own connections plans. You will not get a bill from telecom as well for high speed connection.

Jetstream is a monthly set fee with no Gb amount because it is Telecom that sets the monthly amount of traffic charges you pay, as well as the speed and the charges if you go over the Gb you pre purchase from them.

We are more than happy to talk to you about what you actual requirements are and then suggest the best plan for you.

If you require us to setup any of the internet connections or email we are happy to do this for $50 +GST per hour for however long it takes us. (Currently limited to the Napier and Hastings area only)

 

Please note that one months rental and the real help costs are be paid in advance before your accounts will be setup. Please also note that all monthly account fees must be paid in advance as well and all time billed at the end of the month must be paid within seven days of bills arrival.

Advertised prices for time apply after any contracted hours have been exhausted.
